ready check

Hello everyone
I wondered if all of you were so annoyed by the ready check as I am?

Lately in my (PUG) Groups we can't even go against mobs anymore without someone initiating a ready check (especially in ct).

Often someone initiats the fight before the ready check ends (which I can understand very well), which results in this big window opening up during the fight and blocking everything else on the Screen. Yesterday I even had someone initiate it during a boss figth, which means evading AOEs while a big window randomly shows up covering everything not only once but twice. Hell I probaby leave and take the penality if they really start this, having this check everytime and noisy macro sounds are already annoying enough for me even when they are separated.

A simple solution would be to change the way how this check informs you of ist end, make it so that it can only be initiated before boss fights or make it so that only Party leaders can initiate it (at least not everyone can start this then). Well I actually would be in favour of not having this function in the game, i know no one who isn't annoyed with it and none of the runs I had before was a Problem without it (a simple a/b/c ready, go? and such written in Chat is more then anough).

So what are you People thinking?
