A guildie of mine asked me to meld material 4 into his 1lvl70 rose jewelry. I am a lvl 50 GSM with ilvl53. When I attempted to meld the material I got a message saying that the item level was too low so we tried again with the materia 3 he had on hand. Once again we got the same message. We tried this for each rose jewelry item he has, all with the same results.
I am the guildie she's talking about, all of my jewelry are the rose gold ones, all ilvl70, I have material IIII which I tried having Linania put into my jewelry and we both got the same message saying the item level was too low, then we tried with the materia III and got the same message, we tried again after the big maintenance, and the same results.
