Hello everyone, the title basically says it all hah. This morning I made the mistake of deleting an item that you can no longer get anymore, and was wondering how to handle the situation.
Mind stating which item it is exactly? Do take note that the item restoration is only ONCE per account, so think twice before using it.
I'm fine with this being only once, I never intended to really use it anyway. It was the Bohemian's Coat. Most use it for the Vial of Fantasia but to me that's silly.

I think you use "Game Master Services" on the form? That's how it was months ago, but not sure if that's changed.
After going to the chart, it says to contact a GM in game? How do I do that about this specific request?
Just type in "Item restoration" after selecting In Game > Game Master Services, click next on the following page rather than clicking one of the topics, and it should prompt you to log in. After that, it should let you fill out a contact form.
I don't remember there being a way to contact a GM in-game to ask for item restoration. Just cheating/harassment/suggestion/bug, right? This is the only way I know how to do it.
Does anyone know how long it takes for a GM to respond to a ticket? Also it says they can't restore an item after a week, what happens if they don't answer the ticket before then?
