Free Company Rank Issues

So I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but there seems to be a serious flaw in the way FC rank permissions are implemented in game. The problem is that the permissions that can affect people or ranks can be used on equal or higher ranks and not just on lesser ranks. For example, a rank with permission to promote people can promote themselves to a higher rank or demote people in a higher rank (FC leader is exempt from demotion). Powers with this problem include: promote/demote, member dismissal, and change rank settings.

The only exception in this power is that no one can promote themselves to FC leader, modify FC leaders permissions, or demote or dismiss the FC leader.

Ideally it should be set up such that people of rank n would only be able to affect ranks n+1 or more (e.g. rank 3 can modify ranks 4+, rank 4 can modify ranks 5+, etc.).

A change to this system as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated so that we can really take advantage of the numerous ranks we are able to create and actually have a tiered power structure within FCs instead of having to give power only to the rank immediately below the FC leader only.
