question about your own personal experiences with the support team

how long does it usually take for them to reply?

i had to reformat my phone due to some pretty bad issues, problem is i had my security token on there and did not realize that i would need to re-register it, which i cant since i need it to access my account.

anyway around this, or do you think they will help me out by somehow verfiying its me?

I don't think the in-game support can help you there. You should contact their support center instead.

In-game support probably averages about 20 minute replies in my experience.

Out of game, we're going on 2 months.
