Crafting HQ percentages.
Ok, there is no way to understand this, and I'm not imagining it because i have been keeping track.
every time i have a item between 90 - 95% chance to HQ. i only HQ the item 30% of the time.
why is happening?
the only answer i can come up with is there is a bug in system.
Probabilities are what i do for a living, and this makes no sense.
I understand dips and swells, but the average should be 90 - 95% of the time, and im at 30% over the course of at least the last several weeks.
its not even HQ items. its ability success rate too. An ability with a 80% success rate shouldn't be failing 6 or more times in a row on a regular basis. Especially when you have an ability active that adds 20% to the success rate. but it happens all the time.
If there are factors that drastically change success rate then these abilities needs to have their success rates changed to a dynamic display not a static one.
If modifiers change the success rate i expect the displayed % to go up and down based on current modifiers.
Because its really freaking frustrating when we are making, obviously incorrect, assumptions that 80% ( + / x ) 20% = ( 100% / 96% )?
because the math isn't working out to be anywhere near reality.

90 - 95% you see in the quality bar is not a "chance" of getting HQ product - it only shows current quality progress.

Then they shouldn't put a percentage out of 100 on there when if at 100% it always hits HQ. If it doesn't mean % chance to get HQ they should remove the percentage.

Greetings GoldDragon,
We appreciate you taking the time to report this concern you are having to us. However, since this sounds like a discussion on the current state of gameplay rather than a bug report, I will be closing this particular thread. We welcome you to post about this concern in the "Gameplay" forums in order to discuss changes you would like to done to the game.
