I lost my security password to remove my One-time password... so to get the another password ..i remove my One-time Password ... and try to add it back , But keep saying "The serial number entered is incorrect." but i put the same one -.- why is that?? i need to buy a new one each time ?
I believe you must buy a new physical token once its been removed from your account. Another option will be if you have a device that can run SQEX Token App. (You dont need to buy a new device when you remove that heh)
If a physical token is removed from an account, it can't be used again.
