SE support advised me to post about recent lag issues here.
For what it's worth I'll post here. For the passed 10-14 days now I've had constant rubber-banding no matter where or what I do in-game. My ISP is Sky and I've already contacted them about this previously. Many other players are having this issue that are also with Sky but it's not limited to a single ISP. I have already posted many times in the Technical support forum about this and contacted SE support and "escalated the issue".

I'd like to assume that they are still attempting to resolve this issue and I'm not just thrown to another part of the forums because they haven't a clue and that other players are more likely to be of help, lol.
