For what it's worth I'll post here. For the passed 10-14 days now I've had constant rubber-banding no matter where or what I do in-game. My ISP is Sky and I've already contacted them about this previously. Many other players are having this issue that are also with Sky but it's not limited to a single ISP. I have already posted many times in the Technical support forum about this and contacted SE support and "escalated the issue".

The quote below is from the most recent update from my SE support ticket:

I'd like to assume that they are still attempting to resolve this issue and I'm not just thrown to another part of the forums because they haven't a clue and that other players are more likely to be of help, lol.

I've been experiencing awful lag/disconnection issues since last week, and I've had a lot of problems with the 2.15 update. I got 90k twice within one hour while crafting/gathering and I will randomly see the red "DC" circle symbol above my character's head whether I'm crafting, gathering, or just standing doing nothing. I play on PS3 and I don't really know how to fix this particular issue as I've never had this happen like this...

The internet in my house works perfectly with my connection for everything else, but when I'm playing FFXIV lately since patch 2.15, I cannot play without worrying about getting disconnected and 90k.

I have noticed spiking as well. They range from a good 5-10 seconds. I have even gotten 90k a few times times.

My rubber-banding seems to have ceased as far as I can tell, done a few CTs w/o any problems.
