Coil Lockout suggestion
Instead of being locked out by account, the Lockout should be based on the JOB you played that beat COIL.
So that there is SOME chance of getting your alternate Jobs geared up.
Playing different Jobs is a challenge that would make players better and keep the game fresh.

BLM goes in Coil T1-T5, still no legs,belt or WP. BLM switch to SMN, do T1-T5 again gets his belt, leg and his FC let him greed on his Allagan BLM wp alone and wins it.
^ You can gear an entire job using this method, just need a big FC.

Coil isn't a long zone if anything they should make the lockout be 3 days not a whole week. Dynamis and Limbus were 3 days in FFXI and that seemed like a good amount of wait time.

While I don't have any issues with the lockout as is, I believe a better solution would be 1 run per role with restrictions on what type of loot you can roll need or greed on, so you could run it as a tank, a dps, and a healer and only be able to receive loot for whichever classes you went as.
