Please add a restriction on Duty Finder withdraws

It is extremely frustrating to sit in a que for Crystal tower for a flat 20 min or more of people queing and immediately withdrawing when they notice it is not a "Join in Progress" instance.

Please put a restriction on this (such as a 5 minute lock out) to those that withdraw from the que.

This sort of behavior only frustrates the other 23 people waiting in the que.

Been owned by the que boss one too many times too! (regardless of whether I find it funny or not lol...)

I don't know if it's the same thing, but queuing in the DF for Dzemael Darkhold, I got the 'Party Member has Withdrawn' message nine times in a row. All tanks. I ended up waiting 40 minutes to get my Darkhold on.
