Middle Mouse Button Camera Issue

Frequency: All the time
World name: Behemoth
Character name: Klavi Tintam
Class/Level: All
Party or solo: Both

Steps:
1. Choose Mouse mode and whichever Type movement setting.
2. Click and hold the left or right mouse button to enable camera movement through the mouse.
3. If you press any keyboard or mouse button, but the middle mouse button, nothing will happen to the camera.
4. If you press (or press and hold) the middle mouse button, the cursor will be shown, and you'll lose the camera movement through the mouse, and that is my problem.

Getting right to the point, citing a reddit user: "pressing mouse3 (middle mouse button) cancels left/right click while pressed once unpressed lets you move camera normally."
