Middle Mouse Button Camera Issue

Basically, when moving around using the right mouse button, if you also press on the middle mouse button, it stops moving the camera and only moves your character which is IMPOSSIBLE to steer.

I looked around in keybinds and camera options but there is NO WAY to disable the middle mouse button from doing that.

Please help? Seriously, the middle mouse button is my push to talk key, I should be able to at least unbind whatever hellish function of the camera that is from that button to put it somewhere else.
