Unable to interact with Riridesu NPC

I am unable to click and select the NPC named "Riridesu" near Forgotten Springs in southern Thanland. This is effecting me in completing quests and accepting quests . When I click him nothing happens.

1) Had quest survey says and tried to complete it by selecting npc but it would not respond whether I click on him with a mouse or controller.
2)Tried to exit quest but still could not interact with the npc
3) logged out and tried to interact with npc but got nothing
