Just talked to some people on excalibur and they say it has been broken for 4 days now :(
Current Problems Associated With Bug:
-Cannot proceed with relic weapon quest for Dragoon class until Lv50 Job Quest completed
-Cannot learn 2 Dragoon Skills
-Very Difficult if Possible to obtain Average Item lv50 gear without completing quest, thus locking Ifrit Hard Mode.
