    Double Dragoon quest unable to be completed

    The level 45 quest to obtain AF armor for dragoons titled "Double Dragoon" is currently broken. The NPC does not respond.

    Name of NPC: Brucemont
    World: Excalibur
    Area NPC is located: Coerthas Central Highlands (X33 Y15)

    Just talked to some people on excalibur and they say it has been broken for 4 days now

    Current Problems Associated With Bug:

    -Cannot proceed with relic weapon quest for Dragoon class until Lv50 Job Quest completed
    -Cannot learn 2 Dragoon Skills
    -Very Difficult if Possible to obtain Average Item lv50 gear without completing quest, thus locking Ifrit Hard Mode.
