Could someone help me and explain this billing thing please?

I pre-ordered the game and played for my free days and loved it. I didn't subscribe straight away I got on with some real life stuff. Now there's all this new stuff and I have some time off work in January so I've just subscribed for a month.

My Mog Station account says 'continued automatically'. There's a button that says 'cancel automatic renewal'

Now I only want to pay for 1 month and then decide if I want to continue or leave it for a bit. If I press cancel automatic renewal will I get the month I've just paid for but then it won't automatically take for the next month at the end.

Or will it completely cancel what I've just paid, in which case I need to play for this month and then at the very end cancel it?

1.) Time runs on your sub whether you play the game or not.
2.) Cancelling will not cancel months already paid for, it will only cancel further billing after those months end.
3.) Cancelling will not stop your subs time from running down.

I have literally just paid, it said it was up to the 20th Jan. So if I press 'cancel automatic renewal' I can still play until the 20th Jan and it won't take more money from me then?

I am pretty sure you can play till the next billing cycle as long as the payment has been made.

I "think" (I'm not sure) that if you cancel you can't access you account. At least if you pay with crystal it works that way...

I cancelled my automatic renewal a little while ago, still have full access to all my remaining days

Right okay, well it's downloading the update at the moment so I'll wait until that's done and make sure I can get on. Then I'll press the button and see if I can still get on lol
