The wrong Trousers :O

Issue: I went to buy my AF2 Monk trousers (Melee Gaskins), i clicked on the item, then clicked that i was sure, but in my inventory i find the Paladin trousers (Valor Cuisses), i sent a ticket about this in game and was directed here. I would really appreciate if you could swap the Paladin trousers i have for the Monk trousers i want, i read in the in game FAQ's that its possible for you to do this but only as a one time thing.
