YOUR FATES AREN'T SPAWNING BECAUSE YOUR JUST STANDING THERE

Do the other fates, instead of just letting them time out.
You complete other fates, it allows new ones to spawn.
Think about it. They did this to increase the fate activity a little bit
in these areas that aren't used much.

I've done this, it works. So stop your Q.Q its not SE's fault that you just derp around.

Ya it is SE's fault, it's poor design.

Problem is we have to deal with human behavior.

Players won't do any other fates because they worry about missing the fate they need to complete the quest.

If you could convince everyone to do the other fates it wouldn't be a problem. Good luck with that because most players are selfish.

..thats actually a very good reason not to leave the area.

Fate is not spawning because you are not Zoom out, please Zoom out and you will see the Fate spawn.

Also what the others wrote. You'd need to be a real philanthropist to go and do the other FATEs when there's a 100-player zerg ready to clear the one you want in 10 seconds while you're away.
