I'm a lvl 16 Conjurer and I lvled up to 7 Thaurmaturge to get Thunder... but it won't let me use Thunder as a Conjurer... my gear sets say I'm only lvl 10 conjurer and lvl THM, but that isn't the case... what am I missing and what do I need to do to get cross-class skills?
I can use cure as my lvl 7 THM though... I have the 3 slots on CNJ but all the skills are greyed out...

Fortunately, as a caster, you can now access blizzard2 at THM12. Unfortunately, this does not confer the Umbral Ice buff unless you are a THM or BLM.
It is really much more useful in FATEs and isn't too much of a detour, especially since you'll want to level THM for swiftcast anyway. -
