ok i downloaded the game patched it etc
so i login to laoding screen and bam io cant see my mouse cursor so i cant select any of the options to start the game . chaneg settins or anything
i cant change to window borderless mode or anything
im running window 7 all the latest graphic drivers etc
this is game breaking for me as i cant even log in
If the screen remains black after logging in, it could be you have a firewall program blocking access to the game - hence the game is waiting for data from the game's servers which is not being allowed by your computer. This affected me early on until I disabled it for FFXIV (my firewall program has a 'game mode' for this reason). Otherwise I have no idea what your problem could be I'm sorry.

Or looking through those threads to see if anyone has similar issues.
