Battle Regimen more Stategery please

Maintains the effectiveness of class abilities when used by different classes
(magic spell -> magic spell (both from same class))

It seems only defense down and magic defence down are ever used with any regularity. I'd like to see regimen paralyze, immobilize, or even silence a foe.
Since BR takes skillful play to achieve I'd like to see an SP bonus from finishing a mob in BR.
What if ending a BR with an enfeebling spell caused that spell to be more potent. I think it would be neat to see melee players assisting mages with enfeebling buffing curing by super charging the spell with a BR.
Wanted to get a ball rolling see if anyone else things beefing up battle regimen would add a nice "layer" to combat.
