Gear sets and skills reset after an update

Steps:

• Opened the launcher and waited for it to update fully
• Entered Username/Password and waited for the game to update
• Logged into Ophelia Walker and immediately checked all my gearsets
• Noticed my gearsets were reset to what they were around a month ago. Additionally, the locations of skills on the skillbars tied to the gearsets were reset as well so my skillbars were all wrong
• Spent about 2 1/2 hours reassigning gear sets and redoing skill bars
