End Game Reviews

Im posting this thread not to get hate on . But want peoples opinions on end game.
Now the FC im in Do Coil and clear up to Turn 4 one day on the Weekend - Turn 5 still eludes us and the other Weekend day i do nothing but AK/WP until im cap.
Now apart from this there isnt really anything else to do to gear my toon.
I could spam more WP for gear ALTs but again its the same dungeon.
Does anyone else find this end game just a bit well boring and disappointed that 2.1 isnt bringing out anything benefitial ?

Very small fraction of people have Gear higher than Crystal Tower ( people that beat coil and people with large amounts of time on their hands.)

Minority will be bored probably ( if you only look at Coil as being the only end game). However, the Majority will be doing that content to get that gear to prep themselves for Coil.

Edit: Also. this game just launch you can't honestly expect tons of content right from the gate. Content takes a lot of time to make. :/

This game isnt just launched just FYI , is a re-release meaning i expect end game. Not some dumbed down piece of garbage.

Re-launched and also everything "re-coded" to meet the needs of PC/PS3/PS4. Also New Maps, New Music, New Dungeons. Personally to ME it's a new game. 1.0 was being worked on side by side with 2.0 and 1.0 got thrown in the trash. If it was the same game, they would have just build upon 1.0 instead of making 2.0.

Edit: I mean Where was Moggle Mog at Launch? Where's Hamlets? Where's Chocobo Caravan? If this is the same game, all of those features would still be in the game as well.

Incorrect , they have just removed them to save time because recoding them is to hard..

Basically there really isn't an endgame yet. I know a lot of people count coil as being some kind of higher up endgame journey, but the reality is that BC is just another dungeon we simply run repeatedly. It doesn't have ties to anything in any significant way as it is now and more or less it's a "gear check" and "skill check" boss raid. For a level 50 player you can either run AK or WP repeatedly along with primals until you're geared or level until job to gear. Once you've got everything you want, go to coil to get upper level gear.

Those are our options. I'm expecting that SE has plenty for us to do in a real endgame as they update, but for right now I stand by my word that there isn't really an endgame as it should be.

It's boring.

Source? Why do some people think they are experts at Coding a game. Or making a game for that manner. -.-

I find end game very lacking atm :/ I'm guessing its gonna take at least a year for the game to be solid...

I'm really disappointed in end game atm especially since yoshida said we'd have so much hardcore end game content we wouldn't know which to do first lol

It seems like the easy solution to the Crystal Tower problem is to make NM that drops i80 and HM that drops i195 and HM Coil that drops i100.
