Some designs in FFXIV 1.2x are better than ARR
There are about 80% stuffs in ARR are better than 1.2x,
but the other 20% are not.
The problem of ARR is the game designs are too focused on "result",
not focus on the "progress".
In 1.2x:
1.To fight Good King Moggle,you have to dodge the tree mobs, collect keystones with fc mates.
In ARR, you can just click DF, then win (or wipe).
2.1.2x had better Relic quests.you feel you were really work on something.
In ARR, I can finish a relic quest in 1 or 2 days,makes them feel......cheap.
It's like playing a game with cheat code or trainers:fast fast fast, kill kill kill.
no need to think or working on something.
The progress need to be more fun in ARR.
