IMPORTANT - Yet another reminder to Yoshi and crew - IMPORTANT

Its been said before and I'll say it again. PLEASE, for the sanity of all LS leaders out there, give us some BASIC LS controls and let us remove inactive people or kick trouble makers from anywhere on the world map.

I'm not going to even bother to ask for anything fancy - just let us remove inactive people from our shells. I can't imagine this basic feature could really cause a lot of work to implement while giving us a very important fundamental ability desperately needed.

You have an ls that does something in the game? You mean people are playing this game right now during all these revisions? *does not compute*

Yes this functionality really does need to be in the game

It's so amazing that the game has been out this long and still nothing on this. Our Linkshell has reformed so many times I have lost track. At least 6 times.

A lot of people say FFXIV is really only fun or tolerable if you are in a good Linkshell. But for some reason the devs don't see Linkshell control as an important issue...

It's this type of thing that has allowed me to give up any real hope FFXIV will ever be a great game, I'm afraid to say. I do hope I am proven wrong though.

I'm certainly on board for wishing for Linkshell controls. We're reforming every couple months at this point to trim inactives.

Couldn't agree more. I'm boggled as to why something so basic and included in all MMOs was not included in this one. Unfortunately the dev team have told us this isn't a high priority at the moment so I guess we're stuck reforming our LS. :mad:

Further proof they should have built off of XI instead of trying to ignore its' existence. The linkshell system in XI is far superior and it's 100x more basic.

I know a member of the NA community team commented on a prior thread to this topic, but really. At least give us a freaking kick button from anywhere in the world, including on offline members. You can give us everything else for LS administrative crap later.

It really can't be that much work to implement...unless server side software needs to be completely redone?

The interface is completely server side. The only thing client side is literally the graphics so yes they'll have to redo a lot of stuff server related (which they're doing.)
