Titan HM attuning to the crystal bug

It has said the duty finder has been updated and titan hm has been unlocked yet the quest does not go away and the DF does not get updated.
I can attune to it over and over again and the seals reward pop up for attuning to it clearly saying that i completed the quest each time and yet i can't access this part of the game.

I don't get the seals for attuning each time or at all, i just started this quest last night after my fc helped me beat garuda hm.

My characters name is Loki Ragnarok and i'm on the lamia server.
