Please sort this annoying latency spiking problem

People keep stopping and running in the evenings and it's really annoying me and whilst we're touching on the subject of latency, why are the EU servers in Canada? Do you think I enjoy having having 150ms when in the majority of games I get under around 20-30ms? My connection is stellar I'm paying for my part now you provide some quality service in which people expect from a subscription based game.

Now that I've got that off my chest here is some information (yes square, I am reaching out to you. no square, there's no money in the palm of my hands for you.)

Provider: BT
Server: Shiva (EU server might I add)
Country: Wales/UK
When does this problem occur(?): Latency spikes? Sometimes during the evenings. EU servers being misplaced? All day and night.

Might I also add the opinion that I think for customer/technical support you provide terrible service compared to other game support and I'll give you a tip along the way. It's fine I won't charge you (much).

Communicate with your customers who are in distress, this will ease their minds and it shows that you're extending out to them and working hard to tackle the current problems!

Might stand a better chance if you were to post your "bug report" at the proper site. Otherwise, you are basically just complaining to the users in this forum at this point.

Well thank you Mr Raist. I'll post it there too and people can discuss about the horrid misplacement of the "EU Servers" here.

sorry about coming across kind of short in that last post... it's just getting frustrating to see the same things over and over here, most of us knowing we aren't likely to get a response from SE here at this point. They set it up to be more a user to user support forum than a user to SE reporting forum

But, their support portal goes more directly into the support chain, so reporting pertinent data there may prove more effective (eventually). The bug section they have here is more about things that happen in game, but it might get someone's attention there too... SE is markedly more active in those bug report threads. Who knows for certain. But, we certainly don't seem to be getting a response on the lag issue in this forum.
