People keep stopping and running in the evenings and it's really annoying me and whilst we're touching on the subject of latency, why are the EU servers in Canada? Do you think I enjoy having having 150ms when in the majority of games I get under around 20-30ms? My connection is stellar I'm paying for my part now you provide some quality service in which people expect from a subscription based game.

Now that I've got that off my chest here is some information (yes square, I am reaching out to you. no square, there's no money in the palm of my hands for you.)

Provider: BT
Server: Shiva (EU server might I add)
Country: Wales/UK
When does this problem occur(?): Latency spikes? Sometimes during the evenings. EU servers being misplaced? All day and night.

Might I also add the opinion that I think for customer/technical support you provide terrible service compared to other game support and I'll give you a tip along the way. It's fine I won't charge you (much).

Communicate with your customers who are in distress, this will ease their minds and it shows that you're extending out to them and working hard to tackle the current problems!
