Hello Square Enix,
You designed a very fine game, sadly I was stupid enough to trust you as a consumer. I haven't been able to play the game from 5 pm till 1 am ever since i bought it. I opened a ticket with your support at that time, and was answered kindly that you were working on a fix along with my Internet Provider.
I decided to give you credit considering that i loved most of your games in the last 20 years and subscribed to your game despite this huge issue, trusting the word of your "support". A month went by, you promptly took the money for the subscription, no delay there, yet the problem hasn't been resolved nor any communication issued about it. I still can not play the game other than very late at night or in the morning which obviously isn't what i am paying for.
Well done on the extra sub you got, won't fool me twice though. Disgusting practise.
