    Paying for nothing

    Hello Square Enix,

    You designed a very fine game, sadly I was stupid enough to trust you as a consumer. I haven't been able to play the game from 5 pm till 1 am ever since i bought it. I opened a ticket with your support at that time, and was answered kindly that you were working on a fix along with my Internet Provider.

    I decided to give you credit considering that i loved most of your games in the last 20 years and subscribed to your game despite this huge issue, trusting the word of your "support". A month went by, you promptly took the money for the subscription, no delay there, yet the problem hasn't been resolved nor any communication issued about it. I still can not play the game other than very late at night or in the morning which obviously isn't what i am paying for.

    Well done on the extra sub you got, won't fool me twice though. Disgusting practise.

    Same boat here. I have not been able to play the game sense the last two weeks of September. While I had issues before that point, two weeks into September is when it became totally unplayable.

    After that my Sub ended. Two weeks after my sub ended I decided to resub to see if the issues had been fixed. Log back in to find out the situation is exactly the same. How long is this going to go on for. How long is it going to go on for with no word from SE about the matter? Either way... It doesnt matter for me. Even with an active sub I can not play the game, and I will not be subbing again just to find out nothing has been changed.

    SE has some of the worst support I have seen in years. The last game I played with support his bad was a game called Wakfu. For the NA community... turns out SE was the customer support for it when they were still the NA publisher for it. After they figured out they were unable to handle the workload caused by the horrible NA release of this game.. They simply dropped it all together before dealing with the masses of customers that needed English speaking support.

    I didn't buy SE products before this game. Its been very clear that sense merging with ENIX all this company has to offer is poor rehashes of old games on new formats. Anything new this company has created, or had their hands in has been a steaming pile of bull poo.

    Great dude!! Thanks for the help. I understand perfectly, and all is clear. What would the world do without your guiding light, and wisdom? You Sir should offer your assistance to the SE support team, seems you have all the qualifications.
