I just saw that character creation is now available for all NA/EU servers but transfers are still not available? What is the point of doing character creation only now? Seems stupid since they still haven't resumed digital sales yet so there is not many people that are willing to start fresh...
Has anyone heard anything about when they will open up? :confused:
