[dev1028] Adding more low & mid rank wandering Beast tribe enemies to all regions
The beast tribes of Eorzea may or may not be the primary enemies in the game, however, I feel they are really underrepresented within the game. I've seen a few beast tribe enemies through some of the new side quests and in the rank 30 Ul'dah mission, but I think the regions would really benefit from a more diverse range of enemies to fight, especially members of the various beast tribes.
In Final Fantasy XI, the beastmen pretty much followed you through the ranks, from low level members in the starting areas (level 10 and such) all the way up to levels near the cap. I know beast tribe villages will be added soon, but it would be great to see more of them wandering various areas and with different ranks.
This goes for Sylph, Goblin, Amal'jaa, Ixtal, Qiqirn and Kobold. Not only would this add some of the necessary danger needed for all ranks traversing Eorzea, but it would help each region gain some much needed visual diversity in enemies (all enemy models are greatly detailed, but there could stand to be a larger variety in many areas).
At this point, XIV has just about as many beastmen styles as FFXI currently does (give or take a few) so I think Yoshi-P and his team should use that to their advantage.
There could also stand to be more flan and smaller versions of diremites in certain areas too, since those models are fairly newer than some of the other types of monsters, as well as other enemies such as wolves, hellhounds, bats, and skeletons, which could stand to have lower rank versions just to give the regions a good mix of enemies at night, with what they currently have. Honestly we just need more enemy diversity in all the regions, or at least Thanalan, La Noscea, and Black shroud.
