This is basically the Jack Thompson logic train from the late 90s-2000s where video games should be banned because they are "murder simulators" because GTA and Manhunt exist. The problem arises that SE cannot pick and choose because under their own ToS -- such modding is a questionable area, and if SE does act - it could potentially ruin a good amount of player experience.

Seeing such lackadaisical enforcement of policies before to not fight against a player margin (*cough* Gil buyers *cough* ACT users *cough* Quicklauncher users *cough*) shows that SE would rather allow such things unless something absolutely dire needs to be solved. Could this be the case? Maybe, but it would call into question on how Square dictates player-side texture mods.

Yeah I do agree. To be fair this aspect of selective outrage against certain forms of child exploitation is kinda funny to me but I also have a sick sense od humor.

The outrage over Uzaki (and I agree not warranted as within what I watched of the show she was always presented as a college student and a adult) was comparatively small compared to the massive outrage that Netflix film caused, and that one was warranted as it was creepy, gross and never should've seen the light of day.

Sure, but intent to what? Does that art have rights? What is the intent? You getting off on something that is not real? Porn has incest actors all the time. Does that mean that it is breaking the law? Why would you watch it unless your intent was incest is what you saying?
