What about the regional problems still plaguing ps3 users? I have an EU code... But I selected NA when I put in my pre-order bonus number...? This is a rather painful start. As I understood it... it's not beta 5 it's the finished product. We can't even get a hold of anyone to talk to because your customer service hours are listed as:

"FFXIV Tier 2 OL" Operation Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)

This seems like A HUGE oversight. What is going on? When will we be able to play? Will there be anything offered to replace this portion of the pre-order bonus that we are missing?

Yea you guys are both right. There wasn't anything definitive in that response. I'm not too bothered by it though because ultimately we're only paying for the subscription fee. That $59.99 is confirmed to be waived by the rep here and Sony customer support. It hurts trading early access time for a waiver on the game cost (I really would have preferred they take my money instead if we could access it now, seeing as how I waited FOREVER to play this game) but that's still money we can put towards another title. Or even towards more time on FFXIV when we finally have access to it.

An ETA would have been nice though, but I suppose the man can't tell us what he possibly doesn't know.

Why doesn't sony respond to my help ticket? I sent 1st one 1 week ago, 2nd 4 days and 3rd today. RESPOND!!!!

Yes. Bayohne confirmed the vouchers a little while ago, and the Sony customer service rep I called this morning specifically mentioned the words, "Refund" (which we already have in our PSN wallets) and "Free game". Just be sure not to clean out your PSN inbox for the next week, as I got the impression this would greatly complicate things if you're looking for compensation.

i still wont be playing the game unless i get the CE and EA i preordered. i mean they can take my refunded money for all i care, just make sure i get my CE and EA. Std Ed just wont cut it.

What should I buy though? Pre order diablo III, dragons crown? Decisions decisions :/

I certainly hope they get the vouchers out at least by monday, but in the long run, even if we have to wait until launch, I'll take saving sixty bucks over three days of early access anyday.

Is there any way you would be able to clarify that we can keep our CE benifits if we out in a early access code tied to a non-CE edition?

I orginally ordered a standard edition. But i really wanted the collectors. Then psn put the collectors up. I did not cancel my standard edition. But i got the bugged collectors ed. If i punch in my preorder code from my first order am i still going to recieve my collectors edition items?

Basically i want all the items from the preorder aka mog hat and i want all the CE items aka mount as a priority

So we contact Sony, not PSN?

When is PC for Collectors Digital will be send out from Square enix? I havent gotten mine yet.

Will I absolutely get a free download code? Or should I talk to a sony rep? I already spent some of the money I was refunded, and I don't want to spend any more if it was for the purpose of re-buying the game :[

So this is still not fixed??? I guess wating 7 hours from my last check on here was not long enough. Has anyone with the CE got there code yet?

For the over 9000th time, you will not get any in game items from your digital CE edition until the official game launch on the 27th.

Diablo 3 is tempting... But you could always use the refund for the FFXIV subscription. Whenever it's implemented in the PSN store that is. Just think, the initial cost of the game over the span of months. You were going to pay for it anyway, but now you have $60 extra for the service fee xD!

At least, this is what I'm probably going to do. WAS looking at the D3 pre-order in the store earlier though lol.

In any case, it would be great if we had access starting tomorrow. But who knows how probable that is? God I suppose, and by God I mean Yoshida lol.

Someone referenced him as Santa Claus earlier, I suppose God where this is concerned isn't too far off. No way he hears our prayers though. I bet he doesn't have nearly enough time to actually check these forums like... ever.

I'm pretty sure they'll implement this soon enough. You can buy subscriptions for all the other mmos on PSN, don't see why not for FFXIV.

CD? Oh everyone on this thread pre-ordered the digital download Collector's Edition through PSN. If you're using a disc you probably have a different problem.
