For anyone having trouble for ordering the NA version... I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, but kept getting stuck when viewing the cart. However, when I did it from my phone's browser, it worked nearly instantly. >_> Give it a try if you have a smart phone, lmao.

It's probably accessed from the PSN? However, I would also imagine there would be a digital code you can buy from the SE store itself, D: idk. I wish they would have better prepared us for this, lol.

Hour 12 for Eu store still not up let NA seem to be able order the game with just some waiting times on pages loading

Meanwhile in Japan and US, the CE is already sold out... I just want to do my preorder and go on... Most horrible day in 2015 so far!

Regardless of what is showing on their broken site or not, it's pretty ludicrous to think that they wouldn't offer a digital CE version for PS3/PS4. Hell, that screenshot that was linked shows that in EU you can only buy Digitally if it's on PS3....

They wouldn't take the time to show the price for something that won't exist :D

I hope the site works for y'all soon. I will wait and buy my digital CE from PSN store when it comes up (because it will, just like 2.0 did) because I don't care about that dragon statue. Also, PSN NEVER gets DDoS....

As you may of notice the utter cock up caused DDos by having the Pre ordering on your site first and only, did we not learn having everyone in one place going through one place is a very bad idea, WoW made the same mistake with its expansion by having everyone in one zone trying to enter another at a single point and do you know what happened.... that's right server crashes and ddosing from players trying to login. I have one very simple request please learn from your past mistakes like most normal people do, thank you.

JUst got the order to put up our laptops and prepare for landing. Guess I'll try again on my phone when I can.

What i find most irritating is that this thing keeps telling me that my 5 digit zip code is invalid.

Checked a random physical piece of mail, check.
Checked United States Postal Service website, check.
Checked the address that i registered with my bank, check.
Square-Enix checkout, the zip code you entered is invalid.

That's the problem I'm having now too.... waited over an hour just to get to that screen, the dropdown boxes weren't working, so I refreshed and now it says I have nothing in my cart. GET IT TOGETHER, SQUARE ENIX! JEEZ!

see heres one thing, theres no real guesstimate on a ETA of the maintenance fix, and while the WHOLE OF THE EU is unable to pre-order anything
the NA market has been able to, and thats what is bugging me, you have the ability to maintain a large load of shoppers with the NA store but i am finding this very saddening that the EU is losing out on a LIMITED stock, i fear what will happen to the servers during the early access and heavenward when the NA' servers just explode from sheer numbers

If it's any consolation, the NA store really isn't working either - I've been trying to check out for over an hour without any success. Page has been hung on "loading" and just keeps spinning....

Welp i was able to get my ps4 collectors heavensward preorder, all you do is click on pc version, and change platform to ps4 if anyone else was looking for it

It would be really nice if we could get a heads up from some SE rep to let us know when we can expect to be able to pre-order the CE from retailers. Personally, I prefer a place I can place a pre-order without having to pay the full amount right away, specially since $130 is a lot to pay all at once when I've got bills. I need to get some sleep (I work night shifts), and by the time I wake up it's going to be around midnight so I can't exactly do a damn thing until the following morning when stores open. But if they end up taking pre-orders while I'm asleep and I miss out... well I'm going to be super pissed.

Some information would be nice. I had expected everywhere to be available to pre-order the CE today, but it turns out it was just for the SE store, at least so far. I've been staying up and checking on everything. I am about ready to just cancel my non-CE PC retail pre-order (which I wanted to have changed over to the CE today, thinking it would be available to do so), but even the SE store is borked because of server stress so even that isn't worth it right now. I really don't think I can afford to drop the full amount right now (plus shipping) so this has been kind of stressfull, not to mention again that I need sleep. Ugh.

Well here's hoping retailers are updated tomorrow morning. If not, I dunno what I'm going to do.

I'm very unsatisfied with how distribution has been handled so far. They should have had things ready so everywhere was set to sell the game at the same freaking time, but no, SE likes clusterFcks apparently.

Maybe I'm not looking at the NA store properly or something, but I can't find where to pre-order the PS4 Digital Collector's Edition? I only see the standard one, but I want to just get a digital copy.

The NA store is not working either. Been sitting in the bloody checkout section for over 30 minutes and I am getting the "thinking ring" instead of it doing its job and letting ppl check out.

NA and EU don't share the same CE stock so there isn't any danger that NA will hoard all the CEs.

So the only issue is the annoyance of not even getting an estimate. Would be nice if they just said that it wouldn't be available today.

Some people have got it to work after a while... The site for EU people haven't even been up for like 12 hours

I mean, WTF? How come NA shop is up and functioning (kinda), when EU site was supposed to be up way earlier... What's the big difference in the 2 sites?

the Na store has only been up for the game for an hour it started selling the game at 11 am PDT

Great, now I've made it to a screen where the "continue" button does nothing. Progress??

I get to the "choose shipment type" and it claims my user information is invalid and makes me redo it.

Edit: After trying a few times and getting the error, it finally let me proceed.
