would you possibly add a "desynth all" option to the desynth window? when you have over 30+ items to desynth doing one by one is rather time consuming.
Would it be possible to "lock" a class desynth level once it hits the cap at 100? reaching 100 and then have it accidental delevel when leveling another class...hurts.
will culinarian and/or DoL classes get any way to get fieldcraft demimateria? currently culinarian is only able to obtain Clear type and well it has no use! Gathering classes end up having to depend on a DoH to get any demimaterias.
Will you add a special inventory bag for fishing baits? between crafts ingredients, and the amount of avaiable baits for fisher, my inventory is always cramped full, even with several retainers.
Would it be possible to add a option to swap items directly between 2 retainers?
A option to Fertilize all and tend all. when all slots on a garden plot are beeing used would be welcomed.
Is there any chance of a kingdom hearts event appering in a realm reborn were you could earn diffrent types of keyblades
Will we see improvements made to the servers to provide better stability and connections with players so there are less issues with players lagging and needing to use 3rd party programs to help stabilize their connection to the servers. I play other online games such as LoL and Diablo3 but only here do myself and others have issues with lag specifically our characters "rubberbanding" in raids and PvP.
What improvements will be made to the party scaledown feature in frontlines PvP as it appears to not be working. Most nights waiting 20+ minutes for queue is too long to wait for queue on something that does not require a particular party setup. Lowered queues would most likely get more players involved as well since waiting in duty finder for 20+ minutes may not be worth everyone's time who just wants to hop in for a quick game.
While I understand blocking /tells and /fc chat in wolves den makes sense since it's a quick 4 on 4 battle with immediate engagement I don't think this should apply to frontlines as well since a lot of times you may be standing guarding a flag waiting for something to happen. Can we see a change that allows us to at least communicate with our /fc like we can in dungeons? With frontlines battles lasting a decent amount of time compared to a wolves den battle (yes, some of those can be long as well but less likely) and not getting any points until the match is over we have no way to communicate in game with our FC in case someone in the FC is looking for help or is starting to get a group together to do a primal, dungeons, raid, etc.
What improvements will we see made to Wolves Den so that we start to see this game mode in use again? Currently I queue for both Frontlines and Wolves Den and haven't gotten a Wolves Den queue to pop in well over 6 weeks.
When can we expect to see a new PvP game mode that's smaller than frontlines but bigger than Wolves Den, possibly a 8v8v8 battle or 8v8?
Will there be a new PvP armor set and rankings before the next expansion to compete with the new coil gear in Wolves Den?
In the Benchmark Exploration, we could see a open world battle against Ifrit (that was one of the biggest reasons to make me play this game), you have plans to add something like it? Right now we have the Hunts, what isn't that fun since small groups can do it easily and would be fun have some hard fights, like was Odin in 2.0.
Talking about Odin, could you explain to us what is the Urth's Fount dungeon trial? When it will be really added in the game?
Can melee classes channel their MP to supercharge certain abilities like Job abilities; and the mages doing the same but using TP?
The Beastmen Strongholds in the open world are not imposing or dangerous enough and feel more like small outposts; so can we have the strongholds expanded please perhaps to have their own zones and their own amenities and facilities to really feel like Beastmen cities.
Are there any Chocobo related quality of life changes coming? Things I would love to see is being able to have out a minion while my chocobo is out. I would also love to be able to queue for things with my chocobo out and do grand company levequests. It would also be nice to be able to enter the class / story solo duties with your chocobo or at least not have to dismiss him to do them.

I absolutely love the Summoner Job in FFXIV. My Question is regarding the new egi we will be able to summon in the near future. What roles will they play? Ifrit is melee, Garuda is castor, and Titan is a Tank. Will there roles be "replaced" with the new egi or will they have there own unique role?
When add-ons are implemented what type of things will it add? Will it show the critical hit percentage, the parry percentage. That would be useful to min/max stats.
Are there any plans to add vanity features that are not tied to specific equipment slots? For example: Capes, fake wings, FC banners... To avoid having to code an entirely new system for this, you could add these as minions
In the interest of saving some space in the armory chest could we have a new set of gear that can be used by any Disciple of the Hand and a set for any Disciple of the Land. Or at least groupings by the city the various crafting professions are associated with.
will we ever have a trial battle where two teams of 8 fight two primals at the same time? if so, will there move sets be affected by each other? for example, leviathan and ramuh. one team fights the other, then they switch, but someone with a water debuff would get hit for more damage by ramuh.
Once the level cap is increased will BLM get have Phantom Dart as a PvE ability?
Will Miners and Botanists have wards/other abilities based on the other 6 members of the Twelve?

Many of the new MMORPGs have this feature, and Square-Enix had this feature for FF11 (via PlayOnline) (Cross-Server Messaging).
This would really go a long way to enhancing the "Community" aspect of FF14, and create more chances to make new friends or hang out with old friends.
Regarding Disciplines of the Hand, Armory Space and Glamours I was wondering if you can tie the glmaour/dye to a Gearset/class...
...Also can you make it so that glamour prisms can select items from the armoire and maybe retainer inventories?
I am aware that that the plan now is to add more wards. What plans are there in the future for adding to the existing wards:
1 - more houses per ward?
2 - provide an instanced area from the ward to a large field where a player can simply "do whatever they want with it?"
3 - player storage?
4 - option for buying large plots and have small houses? I personally want large land plot with a Cabana on it, not a mansion with small green space on 3 sides outside of it.
When will we see something started for Free Companies besides just being a gathering of players? Yoshi-P has commented on this before and I am asking if it can be expanded upon now at the Fan Fest.

In past FF games, SE has made some content available to say North America and not Japan. The Ruby and Emerald Weapons in FFXII are what come to mind.

With how Housing was implemented and received by the Dev Team and the Community at the 2.38 patch release, has this made the Dev Team rethink things with regards to how you and the Dev Team will approach major aspects of the game and roll out?
I am also one who called "EPIC FAIL" on the housing rollout, but I also completely understood why you and the Dev Team were silent. Silence, in the case of player housing, I personally don't think was the best option for you.

With this being the Fan Fest in North America, can you discuss or provide any insight into when we will see more game content that is solely Ascians related? Hunting for the "Room of Platforms that they are standing on at the end of 2.3? Hunting for the "Catacombs" when we see the White Ascian for the first time?

4)Tomestone bonuses for helping a person clear 2nd coil of Bahamut offers no incentive to help a new person, it just creates frutration and makes people rage quit. Perhaps it would be a better idea to have a Bonus cheast with a High Allagan item piece drop for having one or more newcomers.

Sometimes I come across friendly players but am unable to add them to my friends list if they are not on my own server.
Additionally would it be possible to send tells to other players, especially in my group when I am in a dungeon for example? Sometimes I want to pass something onto another player but the whole group doesn't need to be involved.

I noticed that out of all the skills named after the Twelve the Gladiator Skill "Rage of Halone" is the only one with an icon that dosn't have the corresponding sigil. Are you gonna fix that or at least explain why this is the case (though I can think of one possible answer)
As a co-leader of an FC with over 100 members, it is hard to remember certain things about players like when they joined the company, especially, when it was before I joined the company. This would certainly help when deciding on promotions within ranks. Is there any way FC leaders could have access to this info?
Also can you make skills bearing the marks of Halone, Rhagnar, Althyk, Nymeia, Oschon, and Azemya, with icons like the wards skills and Byregot's Blessing?
Also will you make it so that Grand Companies can accept a mix of normal and HQ items for the same mission?

I noticed that there several mats that no one on the market board is selling (such as Yellow Copper, Pyrite and Platinum for metals as well as the aspect-ed "Radient Eyes") I was wondering if you plan on reintroducing these mats and other "dummied out" mats back into the game or remove them form the code so that they will not show up on MB?
