Thanks Blossom Rose, thanks to you now I understood that there's no point in discussing.
Flamers gonna flame, and when Extreme Mode primals will be released, everyone will play "who gets the best gear to get the prize fast and easy".
I tried to explain, but I see nobody gets the point: I don't care about the prize, I want the fight. I prefer a 20 hours Yiazmat than a 10 second Emerald Weapon (which is actually possible).

I think you are lying. Most people in AF gears don't have many standards because they either don't know the fight or think they can do it in white, so they are not going to disband from a party made of whites. And of course the DL players won't group with you. Why would they? They worked their asses off doing the same dungeons over and over to the point it gets boring, why would they settle for anything other than their level of gears? Because you claim to be awesome?


The Relic +1 costs 900 Mythology and you can only get it AFTER you beat Titan and AFTER you spent 900 Philosophy for the normal relic. And why the hell do you even need it so much anyway, when your other gears are completely subpar. You don't even have AK body, ffs!

It seems to me sir, that you want the cake and you want to eat it all. Get your priorities straight.

Hoplite is already better than full AF, not to mention you are a Paladin, which it's a broken class anyway.

Have fun failing Titan over and over again. I'm sure it's much more interesting than not getting it when we keep telling you the issue is that you ARE undergeared.

@OP: i usually find it good to have a minimum of half your gear darklight and have a weapon from ifrit or garuda before you tackle titan.

of course, if your team is bad you could have full Ilvl90 + relic+1, you still won't clear it :3

Spend attribute points in vitality and get food. 15 points in vitality and some food bumps you by about 400 hp. It should put most baseline Amdapor geared people at 3.5-3.6k HP, which is more than enough.

I didn't even get my relic by spending in vitality or food. I had 3.2k baseline HP on my Summoner, and whenever Tumult started kicking in I just casted 2 physicks on me for 800 hp cushion and was pretty safely topped off over 50%.

Asking people to be in near full DL for Titan HM is absurd. People were doing Turns 1-2 of Coil in half Amdapor/DL.

If you need to be carried by overgearing the encounter you should be ashamed. This is the kind of player that won't go far in coil.

I believe i explained my statement in a later post, I no longer play paladin at all because its a boring class.

And what i said was, as long as the team isnt rediculosuly getting hit all the time by aoe's aggro is not a problem, you cant blame tank if a healer is forced to heal way more than they should. You really need to stop getting upset.

And i dont know where the relic comments from, getting a relic weapon is very very easy because i dont pug. I just have no reason to get it on anything other than my main class. And all this dosnt change the fact tanks have the easy jobs up until atleast coils turn 2.

Warrior might be harder.... i have no experience with them, but paladin sure as hell is a joke easy class.

The only requirement for easy HM Titan should be Primal weapon and dungeon gear.

With full DL/akeep dps and healers can survive 1 bomb blast and not need high hp to survive a weight of land and also take more tulmult which makes it much easier. Also with their higher hp they can survive a weight if they have res sickness.

I trust my fc not to need gear for this . But I do not trust a random pug especially after i grinded out full darklight myself. At lleast if they have darklight they can survive a bomb and i will have plenty of time to heal them after.

I dont think tulmults are the leading cause of wipes. It is generally the dps dying to bombs/landslide.

2.9k HP. That's literally all you need.
GC weapons are also enough for the heart DPS check.
