Is the new housing notice saying you can keep your money and get the house?

Be honest with yourself, people who had the money at the time they put a deposit down would have found ways to make back that money even if they never accepted the refund. Those that don't are the smallest minority.

It is a great way to see how honest people are as well, don't forget that, they are putting up a NPC where you can pay your house value, and I am one of these that would do so.

Then I can point fingers at everyone else being a bunch of immoral and bad people, that seek every little chance to exploit.

Seems it'd be a really silly way to do things if it literally is just... Put in the deposit if you feel like it? I was thinking you'd probably have to to be able to actually get the plot you won but if not that's both hilarious and also crappy for the people who DIDN'T take the refund. Because why on earth would you throw money into the void for no reason at all? Adding more gil sinks doesn't hurt but if that is how it works then this is a little too literal of one lmao
