I literally just told you people I know who play it are saying it. It would be a massive coincidence if the eight or nine (think some have quit by now) people who don't all know each other would have a similar opinion. And these are people who actually like the game. I tried it myself at launch but I found the combat to be insanely clunky so I just couldn't enjoy it. I was flirting with the idea of trying again seeing as it's been a few years since launch so maybe the combat improved, and that's when I found out that many people are under the impression that it's dying.

Some ppl sell it before they demolish it, or they wait the time out...I never mentioned houseflippers... what I said is exactly what u just said... if u actually read the whole thing. I literally said, the issue is ppl giving up their plot and getting none cause they are all gone...

And if personal houses can be moved... u think your chance at a new house is any better? It just means you don't lose yours at the chance of a new one... that's just ppl being greedy... when ppl asked for the move so their workshop progress which takes month... won't be lost...

How is this being greedy? It's not as if you get to keep both houses. Or do you think just because someone has a house already they are less entitled to also enjoy Shirogane? Not everyone who wants a house wants to be in that district anyway. If anything not letting individuals transfer their plot ownership to another plot is going to make a lot of players stuck with Shirogane even though they may want something else.

I also play the game. My guild gets new recruits regularly and we're constantly helping folk attune and learn GA. Plenty of folk to kill world bosses, do raids, prime content, and even pvp. It's not dying.

If you're interested in trying it out, by all means give it a shot. Great game.

Not greedy at all. Everyone who owns a home should have access to the move feature.

SE please a plain white wallpaper we can dye, more options (more realistic acquisition of) rugs we can dye, floor boards, ceilings, stairs and railings etc.. let US choose.

The wallpaper in that pic is hideous, I apologize but that has to be the most tacky looking wallcoverings to date... O.o (had a nightmare flashback of 1970 wallpaper, please..please...just....no) lol.....

Naunet is correct about Wildstar's housing. It is the current standard all MMO's/solo games, etc. should strive to copy.
As much as I loved it, it could not keep me playing a game slated mainly for the very elite gamer. Their dungeons were very difficult starting from the low level and spiraling upward. When I was doing the attunement to open the HM dungeons, after an extremely difficult and long encounter, there was a bug when I attempted to pick up the item I needed to continue on. It said I completed but the item would not go in my inventory. I reported the issue per instruction to the correct people 8 times in 3 wks and waited...no response. Finally my husband and I said DONE! This was a difficult decision because we had both played the beta WS and had high hopes for a long future there.
So while WS has the best housing and fun quests, which is important to me, the no response from CMs and elite (for me) raiding was not appealing.

Haven't been keeping up with the news lately, did they ever confirm/deny the moving function for personal houses yet? Dusty or anyone know the answer?

I don't believe they did, but I may have missed/forgotten something. Last thing they said was what all was moved (FC specific stuff mentioned), but that could just be them lumping everything together when discussing it.

I am very disappointed that we did not get Ishgard housing. Was waiting for it the whole HW expansion.

I see the biggest issue that everyone has about it being limited is, I may not get a house if I sell mine then try to buy a new one... SE may decide both in the End... but the actual purpose of the move function seems to be for a change and upgrade a FC house without losing their progress...

I have a nice med house in the beds and I share it with my hubby. I have all the work shops and amenities and DO NOT consider it "just a person's house".
