The hadouken is the 220 pot off GCD called elixir field, the skill that consumes their stacks is tornado kick for 330 pot and the chakra skill's potency is not known yet. Both tornado kick and forbidden chakra wont be used frequently in their rotation because they require downtime. Leaving only elixier field as part of their new rotation.
As far as the nin goes the wording of duality is weird, it might actually just give 100 extra pot because it doesnt benefit from combo-bonuses.

Worst case, if that reading is correct, Spinning Edge is still 150 potency, so you would use it there. Of course, if that reading is correct then Duality would be worse than Mug, so. . .

N0-one has mentioned the changes they're making to the jumps they mentioned in the live letter. iirc Yoshi said something about reducing the animation time for Jump especially. This would help greatly with BoTD (and not derping in aoes)

H IDCF P TTTW repeating seems like the most popular thought right now; it feels sort of gross having to clip dis/ct at 5s+ seconds though

it'll be interesting to see how a skillspeed stack could change the rotation up at least. with a 4th combo hit and with phleb/ht on 24s timers, dragoon TP consumption on average dropped a fair amount (from using probably the least TP of all the physical dps classes already)

The skill ninja is getting is pretty lackluster based on speculation right now. No one knows for sure. The biggest dps increase for nin is decreasing the number of 3 step mudra casts of huton.

I'm angry there appears to be no Crit/DET Gear, and we're stacking pieces with 50-70SS....

We're gonna need to retouch the Rotation a bit more I'd say, because this will wreck BotD, Geirskogul and DoT ticks.

No its not

So that's the change. Seems like they explicitly didn't want people pairing Life Surge with Jump. At least that simplifies the theorycrafting.
