DRK Consolidated Feedback Thread

Really sad that it would have to even get to such a point for us to see any sort of reasonable buff. Wish SE could be more proactive about balance rather than reactionary.

I already got asked to take WAR/PLD over DRK for O4S due to the comfort of aoe mitigation.

Same, my group has me going PLD for aoe mitigation during the final burn phase and omegas allagan fields. Kinda sucks because I want to parse how well I'd do on DRK but oh well.. The positive is that I ALWAYS have an answer to every single tank buster/aoe damage in the entire fight!

well i coverted to PLD due O4S few weeks back.
so its not that new.

Don’t worry just yet, remember last time Yoshi said a tank was fine, 2.0 WAR, just look what happened to that in 2.1.

A lot of parallels with that too. WAR was beating T5 therefore it must be fine, players going “it just takes more skill” and threads upon thread of suggested adjustments blowing up the tank section.

Who knows? DRK may be the new god tank by the end of this patch.

To be fair, war was 'present' for 2.0 T5 wins. Plds were eating the death sentences. War just did adds and stuff. Drk isn't in an ideal spot but sheesh its not 2.0 war. 1st it was 'drk is 3.x pld' now its devolved to 2.0 war? This is getting just absurd. War struggled with tanking a snake in T1. Drk isn't in the same solar system of problems 2.0 war had.

I believe the analogy was that the interviews might not be as bad as people think as they’ve said they have been happy before and still changed things. Not that our position in balance is the same.

Fair enough. But if anything, that just shows you should never put any stock into what devs say lol. War was incapable of doing its job and we hear the same phrases from devs now about drk that is a little clunky and less than optimal. Situation vastly different. Same outward response. That does the opposite of inspire any hope or confidence in fixes personally.

Fix DP and adjust Shadow wall: Things i think it's safe to say everyone can agree on.

Don't forget Sole Survivor. It's basically the DRK (old) Shake it Off.
