Man, I sure hope they get the messages out to us and we can still get into EA at some point today...guess I'll just chill here and check the forums and play Ducktales while I wait? XD
I have been on the phone with Sony and Verizon and I was told by Sony to free up my ports and firewall. I did that and I still can't install. It stops at 14%
This is a bit frustrating. I imagine we will get this resolved on Tuesday. We really should be given a response. I know that the developers are dealing with a lot, but this is a big issue.

I can't believe they haven't fixed this for you guys -.-' I have a couple friends that bought the CE while I had opted to upgrade to it after the 27th. Now I can't play with them nor solo (maint) I've got my fingers crossed they'll fix this today. It doesn't feel right that SE gets a fix but CE who paid more are still waiting with zero info. /sigh Keep your chins up even though you're raging <3
they think that all those who got CE are "safe" customers, thats why they sent the msg first to the SE customers cuz they are not 100% safe for them and need to convince them a little more

Anyway i preordered CE off PSN and am having this issue. But some of you seem to have done things i havnt. Basically i played p4 and have done nothing since then. Is there something im supposed to do? Or do i kust wait for my xmb email and then i cwn log in and go?
Alternatively i also have a preorder code from ordering a physical copy of the standard edition. Id input that into my account that but id really like to have the ingame CE items. Id also have no idea where to put the code. Given how "smoothly" everything has gone for me so far i imagine im going to end uo losing my CE items and get no early access
Worlds are back up... I have same problems as you guy's. Went to GameStop preordered got code and it worked. Almost got it downloaded now. You guys should do this to get in and play.

One question Im a CE unhappy owner and I did pre-ordered from PSN and like everyone in here... Im fucked... so if by any chance i get a pre-order code from somewhere else and I use it, what would happen to my digital CE copy ? would I lose the CE in-game items ?

Called Sony. The rep was very familiar with this issue. Finished my sentences familiar, so they must be getting swarmed with calls.
Unfortunately, the news given was like the other service calls that were posted here before me-- CE customers will get the XMB message on PSN early next week. Whatever that means (mon? tues? wed?) your guess is as good as mine.
Also, he made sure to tell me that if the message is somehow mistakenly deleted, we will not get a second chance at compensation where receiving a free copy of the game is concerned. So whatever you do, don't clean out your inbox for the next week or so just in case this is 100% true.

God, I wish someone would just let us know what's going on already. FFXIV team, you are busy with technical issues, servers being overloaded and forum congestion. All very clear indicators of just how busy you are, and we understand. But there are thirty pages in this thread with no official response, and undoubtedly WAY more people are having this problem than has posted. Would it be that much trouble to let us know we're not forgotten about with 1 post?
Has anyone received the XMB message in the last hour? wanted to know if they are still at the problem solving?
I just can't wrap my head around what the problem could possibly be here. There isn't any logical reason I can think of that we still haven't gotten messages when the SE buyers got them like ten hours ago. O.o
If we dont get to join the early access sometime soon, there damn well better be some type of compensation.
Wow. So my generosity at getting CE for ps3 to support Square is getting me screwed over when I already had 1.0 CE. Epic. Not like I was super pumped and up till 6am EST waiting for my early access or anything.

I would like Cactuar King for my mount. He must be 10x my size, and possess the ability 10,000 needles that can be cast at will. Oh yeah, and he can fly.

How about just a post letting us know we won't be getting xmb game comp today, if at all? So we can stop checking our message box every half hour?

We're very sorry that there is a delay, and that some users have not yet received their XrossMediaBar message with the replacement voucher code. Delivery of your replacement code will be done via the XMB and through PSN. Rest assured that Square Enix and Sony are aware of the issue along with the impacted customers and are working to deliver your voucher.

Can you at least tell us when we would PROBABLY get the message? I am not going to freak out if you are wrong but we don't know if we are getting a message at all during early access. Are we getting codes next week? Save us from checking our in-boxes if it isn't going to be anytime soon.
But this only applies to customers who ordered through the PSN Store. What about customers whom used the Square Enix Online Store, and recieved the wrong region code? No one is responding to either of my support tickets, or tweets. Would we get a replacement code via XMB too?

You rock Bayohne. I understand if you can't tell us more, and honestly this is all I wanted-- some reassurance. Of course, it's no fun not knowing when it will arrive, being unable to get in on early access right now, or at all in the coming days. But at least someone responded and that's what most of us were looking for. So thanks. Appreciate it.
I'll be checking back here and paying attention to the announcements as well in case further information is available.
Edit: Oh yeah, I was totally kidding about the Cactuar mount (obviously). But can you imagine riding Cactuar KING?! That would be all types of awesome!
