Will there be a World Transfer in 2.0?

I have a bit of follow up information in regards to world selection when A Realm Reborn begins.

For those of you that have friends that are not currently playing and you would like them to play with you, rest easy knowing that new players will be able to select the existing worlds instead of the newly created worlds. Then what's the point of creating regional servers? If you're creating regional servers then at least give us the opportunity to get onto them without problems.

just re-read the last sentence again from Camate, it should ease your mind.

to all haters, you can still just create a new chara on the new server. Other than that its not fair to new players even if you give up all your money+gear, you would still have your all 50 jobs and crafts.
Just create new chara if you want to play on the new server so badly

would be nice if we can get a clarification if they split the current servers to the US / JP / EU cluster or stay all on JP cluster, like Ragnarok was mostly choosen from EU players and should be part from EU Cluster in ARR.

I for one plan on doing the following:
Create a new character on a NA server
Once the time comes for character transfers, transfer one of my "rich" accounts to my new server.

Of course, if 2.0 sucks, I won't be doing any character transfer, even if it is free.

P.S. Noobs will be better off without people like you on their server.
