Transition to F2P or removal of Mogstation.
Personally, I wish for the later. Such an expansive cash shop should never be allowed in sub game.

I don't remember what was the "state" of the playerbase two years ago before the Heavensward announcement because I was still completing MSQ and had a lot to do. But as of today, with how cloe SB has built its content structure on HW's one, how people have dissed Eureka, the lack of a third Ultimate, and other problems I might have forgotten, it would be quite risky to ALSO stick to what NA Fanfest have been (general info and name reveal).
In pure terms of communications and marketing, this Fanfest is a good occasion to rise interest and expectations for 5.0 (or even 4.5X), whether it's by showing content (one job, one new zone) or discussing real additions (expand a bit on the way the job system will be revamped, tease one or two job's new kit to 80).
But I'm dreaming of course :')
I hope we see a trailer of the new expansion - with the new jobs in it - which are a tank, a heal and a dd. Or just a tank and a heal, but I definetly don't want them to only add dd's again.
Dancer.

Dancer and Blue Mage!
the speculated Gunblade wielder would be neat too, but those 2 above will suffice for me.
A confirmation on a new race at least.
Finally fixing the ARR quest chain to make it easier for new players to get through.
I agree. It really feels like they save the "meat and potatoes" for the JP Fanfest.
Basically a glorified wishlist:
New race (Viera or Ronso)
A true Ranger job.
Another dual-wielding DPS job.
FF Type-0 uniforms (All variants).
A magitech hoverboard mount.
Ability to choose front and back hairstyles.
The Antecedent's set to be split into separate pieces.
ALL Mogstation outfit to have separate pieces and be dyeable (If they're not account-wide, there's no excuse).
Have all socks/stockings to cover the feet/No more shoes with socks built in.
