I don't think it spawns that rarely. It's not the behemoth fate. The problem earlier was that it started spawning at 12 midnight a person's time, when the event went live much sooner, so people thought the spawn was insane. I haven't documented it though.

But people still dont know when they will spawn. So if someone can only play when it does not spawn they will miss a event. For example even if it spawns 6 times per day and stays for 3 hours. It would still not be there for 6 hours per day and that could be enough for some to always miss this. If it only had fireworks or something to get as a reward it might not be so bad but it has glamour as one and the only way to get them after the event is with real money.

That is just bad.
