I guess that's why getting the civil-rights bills passed took so long. If White Person 1 said "I hate black people." White person 2 had sit there in silence and just hope that someone of color would walk into the room, confront White Person 1 so that White Person 2 could stand behind them and say "I agree"
As I said earlier, Iv never been insulted when straight political and religious leaders, people in the Entertainment Industry with a large platform, or even just regular people teaching their children have voiced their support for LGBT equality.
When that happens, I guarantee no LGBT person thought the supportive straight person should keep their mouth shut.
I tend to see the big picture tho. As in the United States. Not the Divided States, where every group only looks after their own.
