Scholar possible buffs

SCH is more likely to be nerfed than buffed.

- Unlimited single target damage (Roughly 700-800 DPS)
- Unlimited highest AOE damage of all healers (Roughly 1000-1400 DPS depending on number of targets)
- Indomitability (this spell is so ridiculous it's not even funny)
- Almost unlimited mana regardless what you cast (being Adlo and Succor the only two things that will dry you provided you spam them like a madman).
- Most mobile healer (fairy keeps healing if you move, and you have a zillion instant casts)
- Largest amount of mitigation tools (Virus, Eye for an Eye, Fey Covenant, Sacred Soil, Adloquium, Stoneskin, Deployment Tactics)

There isn't a single serious raid atm that doesn't have a SCH. You can do fine without AST and you can do fine without WHM.

But hey, if you find SCH underwhelming TC, go with AST + WHM.

I only agree that mana control is that should be nerfed. Fairy heal is pretty much similar than regen or Aspected Benefic. Regen is even better than fairy if you need heal 2 targets. Astro is far most mobile healer imo. In pvp i think sch is the easiest healer kill especially if you manage burn their stacks with Retrogradation, One Ilm Punch, Wither, Glory Slash etc..

Lol no. Stop comparing regen with the fairy, it's a fail comparison. Regen wastes you an entire GCD every 18-21 seconds and costs mana, when you are casting Regen/Aspected benefic you are not doing anything else, however, you cast physicks in the middle of fairy heals.

Pvp is hardly relevant...

Well i answered your statement of "if you have ever been into any endgame content" which was questioning peoples experience on SCH.

Also note in this new response you are now advocating use of aetherflow stacks on lots of abilities now rather than your previous stance of it should be used on energy drain.

What you are now saying actually makes sense now, and this level of elaboration would have been useful in your previous statement which read as "energy drain>everything" by many.

Skill in how to use your resources is what sets aside skilled SCH from the unskilled, and it makes the SCH have the highest skill ceiling in the game.

Come on Scholar buffs? Scholar is the one that must always be present in any savage raid composition, poor WHM and AST competing with each other for a spot in the group would have no other choice than cry in a corner if scholar got buffed...

no go away sch is FINE besides dissapation

Personally, change Dissipation somehow so it's actually useful during an emergency and doesn't actually make it worse and god damn the fairy scaling with heavensward is really annoying. I was so looking forward to 2.4k fairy heals :V

Change Dissipation to make the next spell cast auto-crit. There, completely balanced :rolleyes: .
