Accessing HW content on ps4

So I got to chat support and the support told me to send a report a bug. Guess I won't be able to play til they fix this bug. XO Got HW pre-ordered but can't access quest to get to Ishgard, I've beaten all main scenario quest pre-HW and I can create Au Ra characters as well... all I need is that Ishgard quest! XO I've deleted and re-installed the game too but that didn't do anything.

I just restarted the client and it gave me an update, and when i proceeded to log in, it started to load a big patch, pretty sure its the expansion. Hope this works§ !

Likewise launcher is updating and downloaded added - hope this will do it!

Edit: Patch downloading and looks expansion sizeable. THIS COULD BE IT EVERYONE!

Because the file contains the expansion.

Lol got the download. 9mb per sec. now nerfed to 0.50 gg someone doesnt want me online..
