2.3 Info! New Classes Confirmed, New Summoner Pets!

Would E3 be too soon to see a trailer for the first expansion?

It may be for you but not for Yoshi-P

He always had planned 1st expansion to be released within 2 years since 2.0 release which is around 2.4, 2.5, or 2.6 which means 1st expansion is some where in 2015.

As for E3 reveal it would be nice to see what the theme of 1st expansion will be since we are only given that we should look to Flying in 1st expansion which the only thing I can think of is the Air-ships we are promised be Personal (Character owned) and FC (FC owned) air-ships to serve a important function in a future FF14 content.

I suppose there is also the consideration that there will be another class/job that comes out with these. Yugiri said she was moving her people here. It seems only logical that her culture would have several different classes/jobs at their disposal.

we can guess the people of the new years event live close of doma territory, then is not impossible. if you remember they was talking to bring more stuff from them country and the helmet look a lot like a samurai helmet hehe

Actually yoshida never mention 2.3 one bit. It is likely to be expansion.

Hopefully they just buff Ifrit instead. His Stun move is completely redundant and annoying, would much prefer it if it was a dash attack like Shoulder Tackle, though without the Stun, of course. That should close the gap on him and Garuda, since they'd both be able to attack most of the time, rather than Ifrit having to float up to his enemies currently.

im kinda hoping for something similar. ifrit is pretty much useless for all end game (few exceptions) and lol titan who?

Swtor has a ranged tank, it works well, but then again most enemies in that game are ranged attack users.
